Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Arya Fish Aquarium and Pet Shop. We aim to provide high-quality products and healthy pets. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. General Return Policy

We accept returns for non-perishable, non-living items within 7 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions below:

Eligible Items for Return:

  • Aquarium accessories (filters, lights, decorations, etc.)

  • Packaged pet food (unopened)

  • Fish tanks and stands (unused)

  • Pet grooming tools and toys (unused)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Live fish, birds, or other live animals

  • Aquatic plants

  • Opened or used pet food or medicine

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.


3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or offer store credit (as per your preference).

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval.


4. Live Animal Policy

We take every measure to ensure our animals are healthy and handled with care. As live animals are sensitive to changes in environment and handling, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for live fish or pets once they leave our store or are delivered.

However, if your fish or pet arrives dead on arrival (DOA) or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours with:

  • A clear photo or video of the animal in the original unopened bag/container

  • Your receipt or order ID

We may offer a replacement or store credit based on the situation. Shipping costs for replacements may be applicable.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or defective non-living items, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Please contact us with photos and your receipt for assistance.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
